At Tecnocurve, we are specialized in machining metal tubes, pipes. tubular elements and section bars: bending, roll bending, laser cutting, welding, milling, lathing, marking and flattening.

From laser cutting to precision bending

The steady increase in demand for bent tubes has prompted us to invest more and more to grow both professionally as regards the skills of our employees, and as regards our fleet of machines, thereby expanding the types of processing we can offer.

 

We are qualified to perform processes of cold bending and roll bending of metal tubes and section bars.

 

Bending is a process of deformation done without applying heat, using special CNC tube bending machines with special templates. These templates impress a fixed and relatively narrow bend radius

The process of roll bending for tubes, however, uses machines with 3 rollers that, through a sequence of passages, serve to produce variable and much wider bend radii.

 

We also perform other processes on tubes that are done prior to bending using the laser tube (in particular to drill holes, cut slots, produce mitre cuts, tapering and tube-end facing), as well as all the other processes of milling, lathing, welding, flattening and marking that are done after bending.

Inspections

 

When an item is put in production, it is always subject to quality and dimensional control to guarantee the standards required by the client.

Tube cross sections

We process tubes and section bars with a minimum cross section of minimum Ø10 mm to a maximum of Ø219 mm.
